This is me with my daughter and grandchildren. This has been a strange holiday season. My family left for Scotland on 12/11, my dryer broke and I had to buy a new one on 12/14 when it was 0 degrees
, I had to put my old friend, Nick, to sleep on 12/13, snow started falling on 12/17 and has not stopped, I fell on 12/27 and thought I had broken my toe, x-rays show that it was not broken, just feels like it. I am counting the days until my kids get home on 1/28/09. I had a nice Christmas. My best friend, Al, and I went to the Davenport Hotel for a lovely dinner. The night before the hotel lost power and last night the skylight broke and crashed to the lobby floor. Good thing we went when we did!
